  Was in the mood for Taco Bell so I went through the drive thru. Instead I got very poor customer service and food that did not look anything like how it’s advertised. The cashier rang up my order incorrectly and when I tried sorting things out to get the correct items I was given a rude attitude from the cashier and from the manager. The whole interaction was awkward and they both acted as if they were seriously inconvenienced. After receiving my food and driving home I began opening stuff to eat. The chalupa that they gave me did not even have 1 full scoop of meat. The chicken nuggets they gave me had been so overcooked that they were hard as a rock. Very disappointed with this visit to Taco Bell. Had a similar issue happen back in North Carolina and today has made me think maybe it’s time to stop visiting Taco Bell all together. These are quality standards in your eyes Taco Bell? 👎

  When we go to Taco Bell we generally expect it to not be good or done right, which we’re fine with. When we went today everything was excellent! The lady at the drive thru was extremely kind, she even acknowledged all our kids in the back. The food was made like the pictures and tasted good. Well done to the crew working today at 11!
