  I walked in and nobody greeted me nor did anyone take my order . Got my food just for it not to be good on top of my shell being old .

  Never been unhappy with this taco bell before but i usually go in the afternoon, went at abt 9am today and the person on the speaker and the window were pretty rude considering it’s taco bell and all you have to do is tell me to pull forward and hand out a bag? i paid for extra creamy jalapeño and steak on my breakfast crunch wrap and was given almost no sauce and bacon. Extremely unsatisfied and when I called they told me the couldn’t recall my order, etc.

  Ordered on my phone for a small drink and nacho fry. Ended up waiting for almost 40 minutes in the drive thru and it wasn’t ready by the time i got to the window. The girl at the window didn’t say a single word to me or acknowledge my presence. I’m usually really nice and understanding but if you hand me my food with a dirty look and not say a single word after I wait for over 40 minutes i’m gonna be pissed. My fries were soggy and cold by the time I got them. I just got off an 11 hour shift and I was not in the mood for this crap.

  I waited 30 minutes in the drive thru for one combo meal, only for the staff to be very rude and practically toss my food at me, then say "bye" in snaky tone before slamming the widow shut. Mind you, up to this point I hadn't said one word, just handed her my card. After she slammed the widow shut, I had to get her attention because she forgot my drink. She opened the widow and said "what!?" to which I said, "um my Dr.Pepper?". She shoved it into my hand before shouting "bye" again slamming the window. Girl, if you hate your job that much, quit. You made me 20 minutes late getting back to my job.
