Food was cold. We went back and had it remade, just to have hair in our food! Another time at this same location we had ordered and said we were looking at the menu still, for the guy on the headset to say “you good bro” must’ve been taking to long to look. Not friendly at all, either when he had said it. Some guy wearing a hoodie. As someone who has worked in fast food for five years, at multiple locations. This place needs to have better customer service and people who actually want to do their job the right way.

They were open till 3am I arrived at 1:47am I said in a very kind and respectful voice “ma’am I don't mind waiting for it but can you make sure the shells are fresh?” She said “its 1:47am you expect fresh food? We run out of stuff im gonna give you what we have” Ive attached a photo of what they consider a hard shell taco. It ripped from the bottom just from me opening the wrapper. I didn't ask for much man I just wanted a fresh meal, i offered to wait and everything. And this is the service I receive? she did not apologize for her attitude. Taco bell FAST FOOD DOES NOT MEAN COLD FOOD. They were open for a whole other hour, they could've made me something fresh and chose not to. Whoever let this lady work unsupervised on a night shift is to blame. All of my food was gross and cold by the way. Neither I nor my coworkers got to eat anything. Thanks.
