They forgot to make the 12in chicken bacon ranch. I question why there wasn't the 4th sandwich and no Gilmore cup. She handed me the cup and started making the chicken sandwich. While making the sandwich she proceeds to tell me they have no lettuce because it all expired. She apologized and I left. I get home to find two of the sandwiches are peppered so much they could kill a horse and the chicken is an ice cube and bread wasn't toasted. They also wouldn't give me a refund and no manager on duty. While the employees are babysitting. Would never return!

He was the only one back there the girl clocked out and left him with a line of people and online orders coming in. He was calm and collective and I really liked that! I give him the 5 stars !
