She wouldn't take my order thru the drive thru and asked I walk inside. I tried opening the door to go inside, but it was locked. Standing 2 feet away was Ash. She didn't open the door but told me I need to walk around and use the other one. Once inside, a younger gentleman helped me. He was cool. Ash made it obvious she didn't care about customer service.
