  I really wish this location would re-train their employees. This is such a nice, clean area and I feel like the sonic should be the same. My orders always come out wrong and the drinks are made very sloppily. (My lid is never sealed, the syrup is on the side of the cup) I’d love if this location could get it together bc it’s right next to my house. I go out of my way now to the one on 21st bc I’m disappointed at this location every single time.

  I would not advise anybody to go to this Sonics. I only go here for emergencies meaning on my route home,and even then my orders are not right. I went there for happy hour to be informed at the window that my speciality drink and slush was not honored during "happy hour," because I knew my total was wrong. This particular Sonics need some major management. It's always an issue here.I don't see how they got a three point eight rating. Im sorry it's just poor service all around.

  Anyone else experiencing food poisoning after eating at N Maize rd location on 2-6-2026. Onions seem to be the common denominator.

  6:50pm on a Tuesday, pull up drive thru lights off. Ok maybe they are only taking orders via the parking stalls, there are 4 other cars in lot. Pull into a stall push the button, 3mins later nothing. Push button again, voice comes on as if they just pushed the button to make the notification on their end quit. Carhop (on roller skates) comes out with the car next to us order, lean out window and ask if they are open. She ROLLS her eyes just as fast as shes rolling on them skates and COMPLETELY ignores us. At the very least just come across the thing and say we are closed, dont ignore and be rude.

  This sonics awesome, the ice machine is broken and has been for months, your food will be cold, your drink will be wrong and the straw for your drink will have a big crack so you can't even drink it.
