Then they brought everything to me with a smile and let me know if I needed anything else they would be happy to help me! I'm from Hutchinson but I work over here twice a week and a couple of my kids live here. I will be coming back to this Sonic anytime I need some great food and even better customer service!!
- SDSam DavisAug 31, 20251.0I parked and I looked over the menu it was 10:40 pm when I pressed the button to order and the gentleman said "welcome to sonic what can I get for you?" I was about to order 5 Jr double cheeseburgers and he said "our grill is closed we can only offer you fry products " And I'm just sitting here thinking, we got her 20 plus mins before they closed and he asked "what can I get for you?" Instead of right off the bat saying "Sorry our grill is closed and we are only offering fried products." So needless to say the whole experience was disappointing. So yeah, if you come to this sonic before they close, i would just immediately ask if they are open because the hours they have listed online clearly do not mean anything.
