I really try not to be uppity on ham vs prosciutto, but ice cold ham on half cooked pizza dough is pretty jarring. Other food was great. Please, whatever cooks or owners see this, get some *actual* prosciutto.

An hour later I walked over, the pizza had been out for who knows how long, it was cold. I explained that we were told that we would get a text when it was done. The two people I interacted with felt they had done nothing wrong as they had “cleared” the order. One even said “I didn’t even do this one” as she handed me the cold pizza. So, thanks for cold pizza Piattos. So, should Hopping Gnome not tell their customers that they will get a text when pizza is done? How are we supposed to know when it will be done? The confirmation email did not indicate when to pick up, we didn’t get a text when it was done. Who is accountable?
