I was told everything was done except for one item only to find out I was waiting on a second item after the original item I was waiting for was done because they handed out one of my items on a different order. If you're going to tell someone something is going to take a certain amount of time don't sit there and let them think that if it's going to take longer. Don't make people sit there and waste their time because you're incompetent and can't do your job. 5 to 6 minutes does not equate to 45 minutes no matter how you slice it. And the manager's excuse was these people are new. Them being new doesn't matter when I heard them yell that what I was waiting for was in the oven and I was told it would take 5 to 6 minutes. Then being new does not excuse you handing out part of my order and making me wait even longer because nobody communicated that they handed out part of my order so that they could replace it. Do a better job as a manager and manager people. My Time, your dime, don't waste it. And you did.

The app said they did not start making the order until 7 after that I called 3 times during my ridiculously long wait being told that my food had to be delivered, re made, and then delivered again. but still never received, so I started calling again having my call ignored repeatedly. finally someone answered long enough to ask me to stop calling and then hung up immediately after. My dasher even stated they didn't start the order till 9:38 after being reminded about the order I received my order finally sometime after 10pm after receiving it it's so coated in cheese that you can't taste anything else and the dough is soggy
