They just did whatever they wanted to do. The second time they didn’t have it so like I should because I didn’t get what I was paying for or what I wanted. I called the manager sent me a thing in the mail for $15 in August tonight I went into the store and ordered it just came from the dentist get all the way home and get relaxed to eat my food and they put two little pieces of arugula on the sandwich. All three times my order was messed up due to arugula like I am confused if you don’t want to put it on sandwiches when people request it why is it on your menu? Arugula is not expensive but if you had a cost for it, I would’ve paid it to be sure I got it. I’m really confused on what is so hard about putting something on a sandwich not one but three times now this is why it took so long for me to go back in and in order food from there this is ridiculous really Panera arugula is it that hard I spend a lot of money with this place something so simple and they cannot get it right three times now in a row
