So much so that when you go inside and eat you never talk to a person then wait for nearly 30 minutes for your food. When I asked about it I was told that a lot of people were waiting for food. We were the only ones in the lobby and the drive thru wasn’t backed up. Then when my food was brought to us the guy dropped our cups. He did go get us some new cups but when I left those other cups were still on the ground. On top of that there were no sauces and I had to spend several minutes trying to get someone’s attention to grab us sauces. Not at any time did anyone offer an apology for slow service or for forgetting our sauces. Overall an extremely poor experience and sadly that has been my experience the last few times I have been at this location.
