  Biscuit was similar to eating a frisbee, store doesn’t answer the phone Dr Pepper and hash brown was delicious though

  They had us pull forward so their sensor would show they had good service times and when I pulled forward there were already 3 other cars waiting for their food. When I took a bite of my quarter pounder it was really pink. This is not a good McDonalds

  A+ effort, Keep it up! XD I try not to go to this location mainly because the employees typically are talking with their cell phones out while you’re waiting. They don’t even know how to properly greet you if you go inside let alone just say hello or please hold while you pull up to the microphone. I need to start recording these interactions, because it happens to much here, probably why the orders get messed up… It’s not every time there are some good employees. I just hope things get better for them, I will keep going out of my way to drive to the one at 2437 S West St, Wichita, KS 67217. They are awesome!! Make it fresh every time I visit and the fries hit different, I don’t know why! <3

  Almost every time we order here something is wrong or forgotten. I’ve literally only had an apology once. I get it, things get busy, but at least own up to your shortcomings and get better. I shouldn’t have to go back to get the rest of my order. Please train and do better.

  Went thru the drive-thru yesteday morning. Had ordered an Egg Mcmuffin meal + 1 Egg McMuffin. The only thing right about the meal was the Diet Dr. Pepper. What we received was a Sausage Egg McMuffin meal and a Burrito - nowhere close. Discover it about 2 mules down the road as we were on our way to our hunting stands. Big time disappointment. This morning, we tried again and brought it to the attention of the staff (not the same as yesterday). We double checked to make sure we received the correct order (WE SHOULD NOT HAVE TO BE YOUR QUALITY CONTROL). When we asked them to make it right, the manager on duty had to call the manager from the previous day and he would not refund or even make it right by giving us today's meal for free even thoughxwe had yesterday's receipt. If this is how you train managers today in foodservice, you are sadly lacking! I am not at all happy about the way it was handled!
