This place is disgusting! Constantly a mess, they don’t care if their hot water heater goes out and they’re unable to clean the dishes they use properly, they do not follow sanitation procedures, the only ones who give a damn about the public are two night employees who knows what they’re doing, the place literally doesn’t care if the public’s food is cooked on clean surfaces or not! If I were yall, I wouldn’t eat here ever again and go to a different McDonalds. Hell they don’t even care if customers are in line for more than 10 minutes, the only ones that gives a damn are two overnight employees. Never eating at this establishment again! If I could I’d give 0 stars to this place!

Missed portion of order that was submitted on the app. Put straws on bottom of sack and got smashed. Hash browns were soggy and one disintegrated all over the bottom of the bag. Server who brought order to car was friendly though….

Why say you are 24 hours when your night staff won't answer the drive thru?? Had the mic open so could hear them talking and tried to get their attention several times but no response. Super hungry Healthcare worker had to go back to work still hungry because I didn't have time to go anywhere else.

Placed a mobile order for DT pick up. Waited FOREVER for any acknowledgement that I existed at the speaker. After several minutes I then heard a very hurried and abrupt “one moment…..” Figured, okay … they’re busy. I’ll be understanding. After giving my code and simply told “pull around” I waited at the window for several more minutes. No acknowledgment. No hello. No nothing — until the window opened and the long-haired kid handed my food out with zero anything. In fact, he was half looking away. Not a “thanks.” Not a “go pound sand ….” just complete and utter silence.
Perched up in the lot to eat… fries were awful (cold/bland/wet/soggy) but I’ll be honest, the burger was good.
What a disappointment all the way around though. Yet, this is somehow acceptable nowadays.
