I said, “Thank you so much! Is the straw in the bag?” And the guy who was working said NOTHING and shut the window on me. I’m pretty upset at the food and service I received this evening. It’s not hard to simply be polite and listen to your damn customers when they ask something.

I know for a fact this is monitored BY the business OWNER, not google itself. For everything else? This store is an absolute disappointment. Took 30 minutes to get food in the first place when standard is 10-15 minutes. Kiosks never have printer paper, nobody was manning the Registers, employees standing around gossiping and forgetting whats on their OWN MENU, my wife was given the wrong size drink Twice and had gotten a rude remark from a member about requesting for the proper size. All the employees were not in uniform either, all had looked like they just got out of bed, especially the manager. I dont see why its necessary to keep 15 or more members on the clock for an overnight shift when service was quiet. It was upsetting to see another customer get yelled at for ordering a solo item from the kiosk and the employees not knowing that was even possible? Are your employees even trained at all? How the store is run, coming from a Food and Beverage Manager of another business? I'd get my staff in line and get a new team that ISNT highschoolers looking to get money for doing nothing and grabbing free food that they messed up on purpose! I wouldnt recommend anyone come to this location, doesn't matter if its on one of the busiest roads here in Wichita. This is ridiculous.
