I ordered one McFlurry and I shouldn’t have to wait 30 minutes just to find out I can’t even get it. Mobile app is the worst so is the service there. I wasn’t the only one out of the 15 people also waiting for their orders as well as DoorDash.

Not only do the appropriate condiments not come with order, even when you pay for extra, but when you go in to ask for them they leave you standing at the counter for a good 5 minutes before they acknowledge you. Everyone should be fired and either close the location or hire staff that actually want to earn their paycheck.
