Ordered ahead with the mobile app to skip this locations ridiculous wait times and we have still been waiting in the pick up spot for over 10 minutes and counting. This is absolutely ridiculous. Had the location turned on for “smooth service” and it didn’t make any difference.

We sat in line for this McDonalds for over an hour, and then when we got up to the ordering window, we sat there for 30 more minutes, just to be told that they couldn’t serve us because too many people quit. What kind of McDonald’s can’t handle a late night rush. Very disappointed, I want my 2 hours back please.

Ordered $73 worth of food at about 3:30 A.M. last this morning after arriving in town from a 9 hr drive from Memphis, TN. The uber Driver arrived at 3:42 A.M. and told them that he had a pick up for me. He waited until about 4:09 A.M. at which point McDonalds told him it's after 4:00 and they are only serving breakfast. I called the store to explain my situation and was told it's 4:36 we start serving breakfast at 4:00. While I understand they're requirememnts, I ordered the food prior to the switch. I was then told that my order was made and that the uber driver stole my order just to get me off the phone. The uber driver had already notified uber of the situation, meaning they lied to me to get me off the phone. I am 100% certain they seen that big order and said just wait until 4 A.M. and not make it due to the change over to breakfast.

Shake taste horrible, like straight strawberry syrup. This is how my burger was packaged and was drenched in ketchup. How much ketchup do you have to put on a damn cheeseburger be for real👎🏼 horrible experience, shake taste horrible and the double cheeseburger was soggy with ketchup. 0/10 If you eat here I’d dine in so you can make sure you get good food.

Incapable of the simplest tasks. They all stand around like helpless children and don't comprehend the simplicity of a 2 item order, forgetting food half the time. How hard is it to put the fries in the bag. 3x in one month.
