They took their time to make sure my food was fresh, and whoever the cook was knows what he was doing!! Hands down this was the best food, and customer service experience I've had at a McDonald's establishment!! Adrian is the manager on this shift and is a natural leader and you can tell that his teammates respect him!! Come see these guys on 3rd shift at the Central and Tyler location!! Thank you Adrian, Jacob, and Jesus!! Can't wait to come back next time!!
- CCCaliNov 15, 20251.0Staff can't clean their ears out long enough to hear customers giving them app codes for coupons. They don't listen and they don't provide solutions to problems. I gave them a valid coupon code, and she wasn't listening properly and put in the wrong one. I had already closed the app and ordered my drink. But the coupon didn't apply because she didn't put the correct one in. I couldn't bring the coupon back up because i'm only allowed to have one open every fifteen minutes. So I missed out on the discount that i'm entitled to, because of incompetence. Which if you can't do something as simple as take orders out of fast food restaurant, what are you capable of accomplishing anywhere else in life?

You could tell the staff was following her lead and she was moving around to get things done. The line and wait was over and she even got us our order and with a smile. She was awesome.
