I ordered a sweet tea and it was an ice tea. I let the employee know and she argued with me. She refused to give us ranch for our food when I said it wasn't in the bag. I even offered her to check. She said I would need to go back through the drive thru and pay for more ranch.

Today was one of the worst experiences I have had at this location. Their was a lady in regular clothes behind the drive thru I thought it was just a random person until I seen she was working on the speaker, so I ordered my food like normal and I always bring my dogs for car rides and get them pup cups and have FOR YEARS. I finish my order and that lady said you ordered what? With an attitude look on her face. I repeated my order she said ugh no you can't have it that's not a thing, I said yes it is I come every week and get some I get charged 0.50 cents for whipped cream and it's NEVER been an issue. She said well that's not gonna happen that should not be happening. I said so I can't pick up what I literally drove over here for just because you've never heard of it? She said yeah that's not a thing. I said that's ridiculous go look at the register it's a thing she said oh don't worry I will handle it. Low and be hold it is a thing on the register charged me 0.50 said do not come back to this location asking for that and didn't even put 1 full squeeze of whip cream in both cups. They didn't even fill the bottom at all, not only is it rude to me as a PAYING customer it's rude to my dogs.
I found out her name is Alexa and she is a DM, and if that's the case she needs to learn to dress accordingly and to act like a manager and treat customers with respect. I've never had anyone at mc donalds raise their voice at me or make me feel so disrespected. I don't know who hires people like this but they need to reevaluate is this what you want representing your brand and your customer service? I will probably never go back to this location.

Worst experience by far. I ordered three drinks, two of which I did not receive, when I went back they said they needed a receipt which my brother had because he went for the food and when I told them that they offered no help, I even told them which drinks I didn’t get which they had on the counter but simply didn’t want to give. I was also missing other items to my order and they again offered no help and told me I would need to reorder. Absolutely ruined my night, I had just gotten off a long shift and hadn’t eaten anything. I was really disappointed I couldn’t even get my money back either.

Placed order door dash delivered in a timely manner, didn't get half the order, the food was horrendous buns and meat nothing else called they said wasn't their fault wanted me to call door dash. As I remember mods prepared the food and package it. Why is it door dashes fault. They say great food but over the years it's been shit . Maybe the owners should check in once in a while to see what's going on. You lost a long time customer will never eat there again. Thanks
