    Over the last few months this location has gotten worse. We used to come here all the time and it was fast, friendly and clean. The last three times we have stopped by we have waited more than 20 minutes for our food. Then the food is not even hot and fresh. The store is also dirty inside. If you are bringing kids to play in the play place, just know the floor and tables inside are dirty.

    Showed up at 5:30am and waited till 5:50am to get my order taken through drive thru and nothing ended leaving this mcdonald's has some of the worst morning workers

    I went to McDonald’s on rock rd at 12 at night no long line , just a night shift worker refusing to take my order yet was on the mic cussing and talking bad about a coworker and repeatedly just cussing in the mic when I asked to order she said hold on but was not busy . The lady at the window told me her name is Christy . Terrible service from her and unprofessional

    I used the mobile app to submit out table order and it took 45 minutes, then they forgot our drink and we had to wait in line for another 15 minutes. While waiting for the drink the employees were talking about fighting and beating people up.

    Had me parked for over 30 minutes for some cookies, and the cookies were done they were just sitting there. I had to come in for them after telling me they would take them to me .
