  Disappointed that this McDonalds thinks its ok to not have heat all winter for the past 2 years. The children’s play area is so cold you have to wear a winter coat and boats, hats and gloves. This makes it a miserable experience. I’ve reported this 2 years ago on a survey and still no heat in the childrens play area! Fix the heater!! Its been over 2 years!

  This location used to be much better. My Big Mac had 1 piece of meat. Note the picture. My Fish Sandwich had only a small drop of tartar sauce and 1/4 slice of cheese and the taste was not fresh but stale. Also ordered 4 Apple pies. They did not have but they said they could replace with Strawberry. Only had 3 of the Strawberry. Very disappointed in the Quality, Taste and the cheapness this location has become ... I will never go back to ANY MCDONALD'S!!! They need to improve their Food Quality, Inventory and Service.... Been a loyal customer for 50 years. No longer....

  Absolutely worthless. Waited 30 minutes in store while a bunch of entitled door dashers got waited on hand and foot. Never called my number, and an employee finally asks if I'm waiting on a door dash. No sir I'm waiting on order number 213. He brings me my food like it's been sitting there forever, get home and it's cold as hell, and they didn't even get the condiments on the burger right. Absolutely trash service.

  Took a year to receive order, we were pulled forward for ice cream but the real kicker was we could have just ordered minis since these were missing a decent amount of ice cream in each one we ordered which was 3.

  I'm normally one to leave positive reviews over negative ones as I understand, sometimes people just have bad days. I've gone here many times. Every time I'm frustrated at something. Rude customer service, taking extremely long to get my food (I waited over an hour once), and this time the lady told me that I needed to go to stall 2.... She said she's waiting on the big breakfast or something like that... I tried asking her what she said because I couldn't hear her well. She gave me an attitude and ignored me.... I literally only Got an English McMuffin..... Now I'm sitting my car waiting.. the fella delivering the food is frustrated (rightfully so, he wasn't rude by any means) because things weren't communicated appropriately... I just don't appreciate the continuous disrespect from this place. There is also eggshell in my sandwich which feels deliberate at this point
