UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE EXPERIENCE! My drive-thru order was prepared incorrectly, and multiple items, including sauces, were missing. After returning through the drive-thru to have the order corrected, the employee at the window used PROFANITY toward me. The manager on duty was also RUDE and did not address the issue appropriately. This reflects a lack of professionalism and basic customer service. I would NOT recommend this location.

I have NEVER had a correct order from this location. Always missing items, no ingredients on sandwiches, extra ingredients that are specifically asked for none, and I never get any sauces.

I went through the drive through to order 5 large sweet teas with light ice. After receiving them and paying 1070 I drove all the way home to discover they are not sweet tea. Drove back up there told him my order was wrong when I pulled to the window. I told her these are not sweet tea. She giggles and said they’re not well, I can give you a refund. Well, I’m waiting up for my refund. It gets to me that she’s laughing about it like she knew it wasn’t sweetie so I asked for corporate’s number she tells me it’s on the front door. I sit at the window and tell her it’s not there she told me well I don’t know And shut the window. I wait for her to come back and ask her her name. She left and shut the door again. It would’ve never came to this if she didn’t laugh in the first place and just said I’m sorry there’s no way she could be a manager working for me. Why doesn’t she have a name tag on. I would rather drive across town where I know they are not so rude. I will not be back to this location.

This location is the slowest mcdonalds ever. There could be nobody here and its takes 30 min and the food is always cold. Tonight I came and I waited 20 min in the drive thru cause I use the app and not one person answered. I drove up to the window and they just let me sit there. So I had to park and go in. Then they tell me they dont have socks or salt for my grinch meal no problem I just want my meal. They could at least let people know they are behind instead of making me get out of the car. I have learned my lesson. Rather drive to a different one.
