  Didn't have a problem with anything. Good service. I haven't ever been inside.

  I would give zero stars if I could, I asked for a cup holder one of 4 drinks fell halfway through before she handed it to me so I had to ask for another cup holder, all 4 drinks I had to ask to be filled as they were all half full, the person taking my order was rushing me so much I had to ask her if she got meals because she didn't ask what drinks we wanted while she was interrupting everything I was trying to order, I asked for 2 meals with hi c and 2 with Dr pepper got home and 2 fries were cold and so salty we couldn't eat them and 2 Drinks that were supposed to be Dr pepper was actually coke. I just moved to this area and this is the nearest McDonald's which we eat frequently due to busy schedules. I will not return to this McDonald's I will drive further for better service and treatment. By the way you may want to tell the girl in the window to wipe her mouth of all the white stuff and not chew gum while serving food

  As I show up to drive thru an ordered my kids food an mine the lady in drive thru told us there was no pop ok we got water an as I pulled forward to pay the lady let me know that there pop machine was down an we would receive bottleed water as for the water from the machine was not safe to drink as for why my cost was higher than normal ok again I pull forward to get our food an I'm handed a glass of water so I ask why am I being charged for a bottle water an get a water in cup so I ask what is really going on as for the 5 people standing at the window talking crap behind the window as I can still see an hear as I will tell you you have a manager an crew that is very disrespectful an rude how can you charge me olfor a over pilriced bottled water an give me something else an for none of the crew can give me a answer on why they did that I asked for a refund as they all was still laughing an talking crap I can promise you I will never go back to this store as it's poor service poor management as I left an went to another MacDonalds an was charged a lot cheaper an got pop as I let your other store know about what happened at the other MacDonalds she let me know that that store is also owned by the other one I went to off west Kellogg for as they was super nice great service other than waiting for food for 10 min away as still better service than your other store I can promise I will never eat at that location again or will a lot of other people on how your service is very bad

  Stopped in before a 7hr drive home. Their soda machines were down. The food took quite awhile to be done. There was only one 1/2 clean table in the entire restaurant. The girl at the front desk said it was taking longer on our food because they were waiting on fresh fries when my husband got up to ask. Which made me wonder why my hamburger was raw and inedible. The leather seats were ask old and every one was torn. I would definitely NOT go to this location again and do not recommend it at all. No one even spoke to us except when my husband asked about our food.
