I don't know who's been doing the hiring lately but most of the people there have the worst attitudes. I'm looking at all the reviews here and I'm glad I'm not the only one.They never look you in the eye, always throwing your food at you in the window and again rude. There's one male manager with blonde hair just looks like he hates his life everytime someone goes to the window and the female night manager just stares at you with no emotions. Worst place highly recommend people go to a different location. All these reviews speak for themselves.

Also maybe listen to what people say before interrupting them. The second window guy was confused about my simple order. Asked us everything and then had to check the receipt twice. This isn't the first time they have been rude. I'm really tired of being talked to like a dog.

They let my order sit for what I assume is at least twenty minutes based on how cold it was when I finally went to the window, then argued with me about it as though I'm somehow supposed to know they don't honor the service methods available on their app. Would strongly recommend retraining your staff on both customer service and the basic tenets of their job, because this isn't rocket science.
