- JKJenna KoprivaJan 2, 20261.0We were in the drive through waiting in line and one of the lady workers yelled out the door that we dont all need to be waiting in one of the lines but there was only 2 other people behind us plus there was only 1 person on the headset so we had to wait no matter what so yelling out the door was unnecessary. Then she proceeded to help 3 customers at the other speaker before even acknowledging us. It was just overall a bad experience and horrible customer service.

After standing around watching employees move at a snail’s pace with zero urgency, I finally get my order and it is still wrong. No apology. No explanation. Just incompetence from start to finish. If you cannot handle basic breakfast orders, do not operate during breakfast hours. This location is a complete mess and clearly does not care about customers’ time or accuracy. Fast food is supposed to be fast. This was neither fast nor correct. Total waste of time. Avoid this place unless you enjoy being ignored and having your order screwed up.

Then they DO NOT answer the phone even though I tried called for over 2 hrs!

Or a bacon double cheese and make sure you get two their on the mcvalue menu. Watch them over charge you. They math don't be mathing cause baby we eats! Great example to show your kids to not act in the work place! Mine would never!bet the drawer always off! Update!!!!I did leave a review on your portal!
