They took forever to take my order as I rounder the building to pay there was 1 suv at the window chatting with the employee. This customer had a sound system in his suv they kept raising the volume to the point it was rattling my windows . I could not get out of line because someone was behind me. This went on for 12 minutes. I tried to call mcdonalds and was hung up on. I called again and the person that answered stated that the customer ordered an item that took 7 minutes to cook and they refused to pull up so that the people behind could no be served. I was unaware that you could sit at the window and chat and listen to the customer's radio for over 10 minutes. This night crew has given both me and my husband poor service several times. I know this will no go any further but I hope no one gets stuck in line like I did while the crew is having a good time. PS and my food was cold when I got it.
