I have never received an order as I have ordered it from this establishment, and ive been stupid enough to try it 50+ times. To make matters worse, they do not answer their phone. So, when you arrive back to your house and your order is 100% incorrect, you have to get in your car and go drive back up there to Lodge a complaint. This is the worst McDonald's I've ever eaten. Never again. Will be reaching out to corporate. It should be closed.

I asked at the window which items are part of the monopoly game. And I was told that the spicy mccrispy was included in that. So I ordered I get to the window and get my food and there’s no stickers. I look on my app and yup it’s part of the game, so I go in thinking they’d do their job right but, the girl told me they aren’t included I tried showing her the app and she walked to her manager to ask, the manager said they aren’t included and told her to look at the poster in the back. She came back and told me it’s not included but it’s ON THE APP. It’s currently 3:51pm rn so whoever the manager is, needs to be brought up to speed.

I was at his restaurant on south hillside at 9-25 and had placed a mobile order and the manager Alyssa did not give good service,first our order was missing the hot n spicy mcchicken and also our triple cheeseburger.instead we received a cheeseburger that was tagged 2 hours before our order so I hope they didn’t just serve food that old. It said on the wrapper 14:05 military time safe to assume 2:05,we didn’t even get to mention that because when we went to get it fixed we mentioned the order was messed up so they told us to pull around cause we had just left didn’t ask what was missing,so we get to the second window where we give the guy our receipt and he told us the manager was fixing it, we get a bag that only had the triple cheeseburger we were like excuse me we are still missing our hot n spicy she turned around and demanded the receipt even though we told her the guy had our reciept she told us give me the one out of the bag I just gave you, so we do she is like you didn’t order one and goes to walk away we tell her yes we did she goes oh it’s at the top,she goes and asked for it and doesn’t give it to us gives it to the guy at the window and says “here” with an attitude,we get home only to find our triple cheeseburger not wrapped properly so it just fell at the bottom of the bag and was sitting there that’s ridiculous service I’m not happy.
