  Put a mobile order in at 702pm took 20 minutes to get my sandwich when I arrived at store there was only one person cleaning windows and the rest came from back I was only customer and people who came after me got food before me

  Not sure how to write the name of the manager but was told her name is Kia and I spoke with her and she was quite short and quick and insulting. She also said to hold a moment and had a man come on the phone to further insult me. I didn't get an opportunity to try Jimmy John's restaurant due to the fact that if someone is this pathetic to me on the phone I don't ever have any intention to not only try it, but it's also very important to make sure that everyone realizes that when people are treated like dirt that one should not even be going there as a customer. There was no reason for Kia to be treating me like dirt but she did.

  In the week before our daughter's wedding on 7/26, we placed an advance order of sandwiches to be picked up from the Taft St location, and delivered to the bridesmaids, so that they could eat before the wedding, on the day of. Unfortunately, the date got messed up, and I received a call saying it was ready about 15 minutes later. I was panicked! How could I keep these sandwiches fresh for 5 days? I called the store and explained my dilemma, offering to pick them up that day, if nothing could be done. Fortunately, the manager was able graciously to delay our order until Saturday, when we picked it up! Once again, JJ saved our day, feeding all the bridesmaids and bride delicious sandwiches, and ensuring no one fainted! And thank you for helping to "iron out" one of our many hiccups leading up to the day. Thank you for great food, great customer service, and helpful friendly staff! Meg Sanders

  Went through the drive thru asked for a number 1. Asked if I could get it toasted but apparently you can only get certain flavors toasted which is weird. Why cant I just get my ham sandwich toasted? Weird. I go to the window and the kid didnt put my order in because he didnt understand why I didnt want a different flavor sandwich so I could get it toasted. I told him I would just take the number 1 the usual way. They gave me a sandwich with more cheese than anything. 1 single sad slice of meat. Get it together jimmy johns. 1 slice of meat for an almost 9 dollar half sandwich is horrible.

  Overall disappointing experience. Severely lacking in options for topping compared to Subway and others. Significantly more expensive than Subway for no extra value. Quiet, unfriendly environment. There's no reason to come back here again with better options out there.
