- SLSteph Lany5 days ago1.0Decent food u friendly staff unfriendly atmosphere as I was walking in the staff floked to the back to what I thi k is avoiding the customer the second i was shot looks while walking then I waited at cash register for 20min then someone comes out and tells me it's going to be a minute we're having issues with our machines doesn't seem like a friendly environment they also made no effort to make me feel at home or better customer experience when I called to complain to the manager I was told that it's side effects of the industry what ever that means don't recommend unless you like long waits

My cashier was excellent and my father in law got a very nasty mad cashier to the point that I told my husband go help your dad, that cashier is losing his patience with him.

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
