Suzanne stopped to check on us a couple times. She was as kind as the day is long. You can tell she is a dedicated, hard working employee. My little guy even commented on how kind she was. I hope when we return we have the joy of being served by Suzanne again.

As we sat down to dine in before our food was delivered to us we noticed several positive things. Staff was moving around, cleaning, restocking, vacuuming, greeting other customers, ect. My husband and I began visiting about the woman that first waited on us must be the manager. She is a great leader. It shows in her employees! Marianne later returned to our table to ask if we needed more breadsticks, I asked if she was the manager, to which she stated she is in training to be. FAZOLI'S....YOU HAVE CHOSEN A LEADER!! GREAT LEADERSHIP! We will come back again soon, from 2 1/2 hours away!
