The last 2-3 times I have bought coffee here, the milk has been spoiled and chunky. There is also one girl who works in the morning that i have seen talk to people for so long after they pay and get their drink that it creates a long line ! The other morning she was leaning in a car, talking and sharing a snack with the driver all during morning rush!

They will skip you when you’re waiting in the normal line and take others orders of people who arrived after you. This place is just not run well and they probably need better management. Should not take half an hour in a drive through for a drink.

However, used the app to order ahead and after showing up when the app specified the drink would be ready, the worker indicated they do not start the mobile order until you go to the window to pick up. Why order ahead through the app then? Kind of useless and the app is very misleading by giving you an estimated time when the drink would be ready. The drink is pre paid, why not make it? When I received the hot coffee, all the syrup was at the bottom and didn't find this out till it was mostly drank. Bummer. Would suggest visiting a real coffee shop.

Sometimes I like to switch up what I get and they're always so helpful with drink recommendations and working with dietary restrictions. They have a ton of different drink options for everyone in your family from your grandpa to your kids!

Today I got to meet the owner and he is a wonderful man and be made my day so much better then it was when I entered that drive thru. Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
