  Where to start -- The staff is AMAZING!! Everytime that I go, I am greeted with a smile and full on kindness, which makes me constantly go back (CUSTOMER RETENTION)!! Abby, who knows me by name, will always greet me with sooo much energy that it brigtens my day! After that, the other crewmates have joined in and ever since, I felt I have been apart of the fam. Yes, there have been moments when I do have to wait roughly 20min, but personally, it's worth it. I understand their world-leading as I have also worked the food/ industry, so I totally understand. I will keep going to Dutch and honestly I feel bad since I've been going to scooters a couple of times (plz don't slander me) but Dutch Bros will always win my heart🩷 thank you guys for everything you do for me, even when I ask to "suprise me" for my drink orders teeheee

  If there’s more than 4 cars in line, park and go to the walk up window. There were maybe 10 cars in line and it took me 45 minutes to get a single coffee. There is absolutely no reason a drive thru should be that slow.

  Everytime I go to the DutchBros at Kellogg and West Street I regret it. Generally takes me 20 to 30mins to get out of the line. I tried to give this location another chance because I was picking up a gift card for a coworker that likes this coffee...once again trapped in the line before work. There were 5 cars ahead of me. Further frustrating when you see 6 workers inside, radio blasting, 2 staff making coffee and the rest inside standing there talking. This has happened SEVERAL times (at least 4) since the location opened. I usually dont review the location but its very common for this experience at this location. I have NOT had this same experience at the North Maize nor the Greenwich locations tho. They are usually ontop of it. The coffee isn't bad but highly discourage anyone to go there if you're in a hurry and don't have a half an hour to wait.

  Haven’t left a review but I’m a frequent flyer at the West Street Dutch Bros and I happened to look and see a 4.1 rating so I knew I had to come in and support. I just went thru again today. Busy as usual on a Wednesday morning for stickers. I believe her name was Mikayla (spelling probably wrong) and everytime I am there and she is there she’s the absolute best. She takes time to make sure she got my order right and even making suggestions to perfect it. SHE IS WONDERFUL! I also have to shout out another gal that works there, I don’t have her name but she’s been there a bunch when I’m there (blondish brown ponytail, tan hat and freckles) but she’s always top notch as well. I’ve never had a bad experience except maybe getting stuck in the parking lot for 7 mins after getting my drinks because the line is around the bend but that was on the day they offered the bumper magnets (I totally get it 🤣). The team here tries very hard to make the experience worth it. The coffee is GREAT!!! The variety of drinks and now food is wonderful. Thanks for being there and offering the best you can service with a great product. I appreciate each and every one of you!

  I sat in line for 45 minutes. I got out and did their job for them of directing traffic. DID THEIR JOB FOR THEM. I saved them an escalating confrontation with the entering and exiting customers. Watched 2 workers stand and do nothing until I got out and again DID THEIR JOB FOR THEM. Hadn’t taken any orders, but standing and talking. I’ve never seen such a shitty managed coffee shop, chain or not. I’ve seen coffee shops be more efficient with half the staff Dutch Bros has or less. Will never go again. I managed their corporate office because I don’t know if it’s the employees or a corporate issue but they need to figure out what a successful business model looks like.
