    The last coffee franchise I would recommend. Known for their inefficient drive through management, they only take one order at a time. And if you order 30 minutes in advance, prepare to wait another 30 minutes- because who cares about customers time? Not like we all have jobs. Need a refund because you don't have time to wait 30 minutes? Good luck, because customer service merely lets you make a request to speak with them..good luck ever hearing back from them. You're never getting your hard earned monies worth nor back.

    Very frustrated that after waiting 45 minutes for my coffee and sticker I didn't get my sticker...it's Wednesday...offer to everyone so we aren't so distracted we forget to ask. At work so can't go back and no way to contact to store to see if they will hold it for me. ALWAYS make your people ask the customer if they want a sticker!!

    Employee was rude while arrogantly asking for another payment. If they double checked their work, they should have known that the drink was already paid. I ended up paying twice for my drink after I said it was already paid. The 2 lane drive thru was not managed well. When I got there Thursday 10/30 at 2PM , there was no employee standing outside to take orders so 7-8 cars bottlenecked into one lane considering there was 1 drive-up window per a customer. Here comes the selfish/entitled individual who drives up to the other lane (while everybodyelse is using 1 lane slowing moving to the window) hoping to cut everybody by merging at the window. Magically the employee came outside to take order and sure enough the employee took care of the selfish/entitled individual who came after everybody else just because it managed to be the 1st customer at the other lane. I understand the concept of having the 2 drive-thru lanes and you go zigzaging form one side to the other but when nobody was taking orders outside and all the cars drive up to 1 window to order, it becomes 1 lane.The selfish/entitled individual should not be allowed to cut everybody.

    Last night I arrived in the drive-thru at approximately 9:35pm, while I was waiting at the light there were 3 cars in the drive thru. When my light changed, I pulled into the drive-thru, the same car still sitting at the window. Finally, after 10 minutes it left the window, the other car went through and the car before me went through. When I arrived at the window, they told me they were closed. I explained that I had been sitting in the drive thru for 25minutes waiting, they looked out the window and seen when I pulled in and got in line. They were very rude, how could you allow me to sit in line all that time and not serve me. I'm at the store sometimes 3 times a day buying coffee or energy drinks! Do I need to find another store to give my money too? I asked for a manager and or a number to contact someone and was told they had no one to talk to I needed to complete a review. So here you go!
