  First off I wanted to make it easier on the workers by going in , I went in and i was literally the only one there and no one greeted me or anything 🙃 they had one girl doing everything and the other girl barley helped her . They finally take my money and then told me after they were out of my drink! Thats all I wanted and had come in for, I asked politely for a refund and she said she would have to call her boss and didnt know how .. im like I really dont wanna wait anymore and im overwhelmed so I comprised and asked her just to make me a blueberry iced coffee and she was like I dont think that would be very good together.. I get this all the time mind you. She thought I was talking about a different drink I guess anyway I dont mean at all to sound like a Karen or anything I totally feel for them but they could have at least treated me with a little more urgency I wasn't expecting to me treated like a princess but I felt ignored:/ and I would never yell or get upset at workers but I was disappointed and they didnt give me a receipt

  I needed to pick up a treat for my wife as a surprise. I hadn’t been in a Dunkin in years and didn’t know what drinks to get. The employee was polite, patient and gave helpful advice. They quickly got what I ordered as well.

  27 minutes for 6 donuts, 3 drinks, and 1 sandwich. Not a single person ordering in lobby, no delivery pickups, drive-thru was slow. Nobody even acknowledged me at counter for 11 minutes. This isn't first time I've experienced this here. Need to get act together or close and spare the world an unnecessary wait.

  Not only did he say that they are no longer making the chocolate cream filled one which is definitely a favorite so we ended up getting two Boston cream donuts that didn't even have a teaspoon of pudding in it hi time to find a good donut shop
