    If I could rate this lower than one star for the service at the restaurant I would. We had dinner there yesterday on Saturday night and the waitress seemed overwhelmed. Forgot what we had ordered and came back twice to ask, let’s not forget she could not read what she wrote on her note pad. They still managed to bring our order wrong twice! And when it came time to pay she told all of us that since we were a party greater then 7 we would have to leave a tip of 20% even with the service being horrible!!!!!! There was no way of changing the tip from 20%!! Never coming back to this location

    Best Dave & Busters customer service experience I've ever had. I sat at the bar area and everyone was so helpful and courteous consistently the entire night. Always respectful and everyone working truly hard and making the company have repeated business. Thank you.

    Yes it can be pricey, BUT we love this DB’s the people are wonderful. Justin recognizes us when we walk in. Wife and I enjoy the food and a couple beverages while the kids go and have fun (with coupons). We even take in a game on the big screens

    We love coming to Dave & Busters! We always have great service but this last time, they really hit it out of the park! All of the games were a blast! The kids really enjoy the human claw machine!
