Will go back but probably wont get the unlimited play pass due to the 20 second delay in scanning the card and the amount of tickets earned did not reflect the amount of game time played 🤔 i felt scammed mildly by the promise of tickets and nothing!

I had to go to the waitress for something I needed because she didn’t check back, no refills, and my sister didn’t get something she asked for. The server was cut and cleaning her section. We got the play and eat combo, for the 75$ card At the end of the meal we got the check which had the 20% on the whole check including price of the card. I asked just for 20% on just the food at least and the manger was unable to do this. I already had bad service and bad food I didn’t want to tip on a power card. And including a 3 year old and a baby to make 7 ppl for the gratuity and the manger not being able to change anything is crazy. Absolutely ridiculous

Ask for condiments took a while to get it took over 2025 minutes for them to come back and ask us if we wanted another drink. And then it took them like 20 minutes to like 30 minutes to return but the staffed in the game area were excellent, very helpfulbut the staffed in the game area were excellent, very helpful.
