  Always out of food! Last time you didn’t have chicken. The time before that no sour cream. Today you have no black beans! To whom ever orders your supplies & food maybe calculate better bc you’re obviously not ordering enough! You probably shouldn’t work there anymore or take some math classes. We walked out, not going to chipotle anymore! You raise the prices, the food isn’t great quality and it’s half the portion.

  I’m not usually the type of person to complain about food places, but this Chipotle was AWFUL. Portions were the smallest i’ve ever seen before, Constantly out of everything, dirty lobby and tables, half the drink station was completely broken, and the employees did not seem to care whatsoever. Please never come here.

  I have tried this place too many times to continue to be burned by bad service and never having all the ingredients. I was there today at 11am and they did not have lettuce or veggies. They just opened! Their staff could care less either and the girl gave me a sarcastic shrug. People standing around. No one cares. Never again.

  This location needs some major improvement. If you’re craving Chipotle, drive to one of the other locations nearby. I usually order mobile pickup and my order has never been ready on time. Tonight the store was behind by nearly an hour. When I finally got my order, one of the bowls was completely wrong. It will be my last time ordering from here. While I waited patiently, they stopped taking walk in orders and were turning people away because they were so behind - however the workers at the walk in counter weren’t doing anything to help make food or help catch up the pickup orders. I don’t understand if that’s a management thing or corporate policy, but I went to another location to replace my incorrectly made bowl and it was all hands on deck there. Save yourself some time and go to another location from the start.

  DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. If I could leave negative stars, I would. We placed a mobile pickup order last night and waited 40 minutes, only to receive some of the worst service we’ve experienced. When we pulled up to the window, we weren’t greeted at all, the employee simply handed us a bag and closed the window. After checking our order, we realized we were missing our chips, and instead of the 3 crispy tacos we ordered, we were given soft tortillas. We went inside to address the issue and were told, “We’re out of chips and taco shells.” No apology. No explanation. When we asked why no one informed us at the window before handing us the order, we were rudely told, “Call 1-800-Chipotle.” This is not the first time we’ve had problems at this location. We consistently experience rude service, long delays, and incorrect orders. At this point, it’s clear this location has ongoing management and customer service issues. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.
