When they are making the food, they barely pay attention to portion sizes and do not seem to care about the quality of what they are serving. It always feels rushed and sloppy, like they just want to move people through the line instead of making the order correctly. I keep leaving disappointed and frustrated because this is not a one time issue. I would not recommend this location if you want good service or fair portions.

The service was smooth and fast but also Tavyn was super friendly and accommodating with special requests, like extra lettuce and sour cream. It is slow preparing the orders every time we order delivery and food has been terrible multiple times. Chicken dry and stringy multiple times. We can’t order delivery anymore cuz it defaults to this location but we will only eat at North Rock location as it is way better. Hope they can get this location figured out.

The girl preparing our bowls was rushing us and super inpatient even though we were the only ones there because her manager had just told her they could "preclose", whatever that meant. The food was still pretty good. I'll certainly be back and I believe this experience might have been an anomaly, but this was my experience.
- CKChris KDec 17, 20251.0For the past year or so, I would have told anyone that this is the best chipotle in town. Nice folks, big serving sizes and they were FAST to get you in and out. After some recent additions to the team, they have definitely lowered their standards. With three on the front line, there was a very interesting dynamic. 1- The gal making the food acts like portion sizes come directly out of her pay. She doesn’t speak up so you have no clue what she’s saying. 2- Standing there doing nothing 3- The gal at the register is slower than the gal making the food, cashing a backup. She is impossible to understand and I didn’t appreciate having a receipt shoved in my face. If this is the quality of service we have to look forward to, I’m out.
