  Something went wrong with the mobile app and my order wasn't there when I arrived. The guy at the drive-thru took a photo of my order on my phone and made it for me in less than a minute despite it being busy.

  Poor service. The workers were making conversation between themselves for about 5 minutes before I finally had to say can I get some help? One finally comes over and not a hello or what can I get you, he just stood there. I work in food service and it is just basic treatment to greet a customer and ask what they would like

  The food was good when I went. The juice containers had stains/dirty marks inside which made the juice look contaminated or bad. The lady at the counter seemed very annoyed I mentioned it and wanted a water cup instead. The manager got me a refund for a water cup, and the rest of my meal was delightful. Decent portions at this location too.

  Asks for double protein and extra lettuce and it looks like they gave me leftovers that some left on the table. NO extra lettuce, double protein what a pinch of both is crazy

  Talk about disappointment. The workers here are messed up. I come here on my lunch break but not anymore. I watched the lady at 1135am ish double up and pile food into the construction worker guys' bowls and burritos, but then she only filled mine 50-75% to flushness of just the top. They had mountains of food, but I barely got any food. Damn sure not enough food to pay what I did. It's disappointing to be excited for your food and then watch everyone else get copious amounts, but it's my turn and she barely gives me anything. You could see half the bowl was empty. I'm a regular here, but not anymore. Super disrespectful staff. I didn't say anything to them because I didnt want to cause a scene, but that's just messed up. 3 guys ahead of me got loaded bowls/burritos. And I only got a bowl because I was told they give u more that way. What a disappointment. This is sexist or something idk.
