I needed help with something that only a real person could’ve answered. I had a pick up order that was not under my name or my phone number I had no way to know which chipotle location it was at and I was trying to get connected to a real person so I could ask them if they even have the order and the robot that they have on their answering machine was absolutely no help. It’s insane to me how I can’t even speak to a real person on the phone. This is horrible customer service.

It has gotten so bad that it is my suspicion that it is being done intentionally to increase the store's bottom line. The reason I think this is the case is because every item that is missing with each order is an item with minimal markup from its cost to the business. I have also experienced this issue across the board at other chipotles in my area. This could end up costing Chipotle more in a lawsuit than what they're saving.
