Make sure you set aside an hour to get through the line. The slowest moving line I've ever been apart of. I thought it was a fluke the first time, just busy, nope. Food is good bc its always good but dang it takes forever

We stopped by your location near the hospital to grab a bite to eat while visiting my sister in intensive care and wrapping up some Christmas presents. When I opened my food, I was disappointed to find that my order wasn't correct - the sour cream was overpoured and the veggies were all onions. My daughter went in to ask for a replacement, but instead of helping, the assistant manager, Carmen, started arguing with her and even brought up her employment history. It was completely uncalled for and embarrassing. We just wanted a simple fix, not a scene. Needless to say, we'll be taking our business elsewhere. Thanks for the poor customer service, Carmen. 😤

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this Chipotle location. I ordered two bowls and a bag of chips, but my mom's bowl was overloaded with sour cream and onions, making it inedible. When I tried to explain the issue to Carmen, the assistant manager, she became argumentative and blamed me for not paying attention to the employees making my food. Despite having the receipt and the food, she refused to replace the bowl and even brought up my former employment at Chipotle, saying 'we didn't train you right.' Newsflash: I quit because of issues like this. If complaining online means waiting a month for resolution, I'll just make sure to never come back. Carmen's attitude was unprofessional and rude. Avoid this location if you value customer service and good food.
