I asked for a side bowl of just rice, and he tried to charge me for a full entrée bowl. When I asked for clarification, he told me that next time he would only give me the tiny salsa-sized cups, which didn’t make sense. I simply wanted to understand what I would be served with in the future, and instead he gave me an sassy attitude and an unpleasant look. His behavior was sloppy, rude, and completely unprofessional especially coming from a manager. I left feeling disrespected as a customer. This location needs to address its customer service. Not a good places

I left the line to run to bathroom then came back and no helped me they just cleaned and ignored that I was there. When a couple lights shut off I felt like I had to leave regardless of standing there for 5 min in front of like 6 people. So I left. Usually don’t have issues with this Chipotle but this was kinda harsh they just waited me out.

The vibes were IMMACULATE. I usually avoid that one cause it's usually full of a bunch of young men and boys blasting trap music and yelling at eachother and they could never get an order right. Today it was the cutest and sweetest crew of ladies having a great time at work and doing their jobs great. They were friendly and efficient and if that's the new crew I'll be able to go back to coming to this chipotle again. 10/10 vibes ♡
