- YYYsidroDec 30, 20251.0Recently me and my fiancé have been consistently ordering food from this location as it’s very close to home and we love chipotle! Do NOT come here past 5 p.m! We typically order online to earn the points and free items and whatever order we submit is typically spot on except when we place an order later in the day. We just picked up our food off of a mobile order and half the items I had put on my burrito weren’t even on there! The other half was very cheap portions which is not typically like them. When we walked in the place was extremely dirty and all of the employees were busy closing the line early and pretended we weren’t even there. The customer service was poor the food quality was way below average and the overall experience was terrible. We will not be coming back to this location and advise anyone in the area not to order here unless it’s before 5pm and you place your order in restaurant and can watch it being made. Go to any other location! They need a whole new night crew!

The workers hardly ever say anything to you and get mad when customers go in. I was once actually stared down by a worker and he was complaining that I was there an hour before they closed. Today I went in and this girl with piercings on her face gave me half a scoop of rice, beans, and the carne asada..I legit could have gotten a bigger burrito at Taco Bell, but I was spending close to $15 on this one.

They took my issues seriously, washed hands, changed gloves, changed spoons, asked questions I hadn’t even thought of. Would definitely have to say this was THE BEST experience I’ve had at a Chipotle, and when we travel, this is a staple for me because of my dietary restrictions. I hope all of the staff at this location gets a huge raise and has a merry Christmas!!
- MMMichaelDec 11, 20251.0It pains me to write anything about a place I love so much, but I have to be honest. I ordered a bowl tonight to use my double protein award and I was disappointed. I have previously left this particular location three times to go to another one because they were "out" of the veggies (peppers and onions) which they just did not have prepared. That is what "out" means. Tonight they were out again but I was too tired to go out of my way to another location. Also the serving area was atrocious. I know the staff can get in a hurry and a spill can happen but if I were to order a burrito I would not even want the tortilla on paper on this counter. The food even had time to dry hard around the area. The seating and drink area were also trashed and messy, not one clean table. Is there no one responsible for the dine in area? I hope these concerns get addressed rapidly or I will find another Chipotle to frequent.
