I believe they only had 2 protein choices, 1 rice option, bowls were the only option they had! I understand that you are trying to cut food cost(waste), but it's not like I showed up 10-15 min before closing it was just over an hour left till closing time, I'm sure that employees know how to gauge amount of food they should cook without making an entire batch that would be wasted at closing time! Cause if it's the standard of the company to have very limited amount of options with that much time left till closing,I would strongly suggest changing closing time? I've been in the food and beverage industry over 20 yrs. With time spent in 3 different states and that was definitely top 5 worst experiences I've ever seen with the lack of customer service provided by team members that are incompetent/unwilling/have no knowledge on what hospitality means! I frequent their often and this is not the first time I've had similar experience, it was never enough for me to leave a negative review, but with this one I definitely hope that they will realvuate some of their employees/managers... I'm sure there are more people who have had same experience/situation happen to them? Team members need to know the basics of places that offer hospitality, if no people show up. Their jobs definitely will be lost! So instead of seeing people as a nuscense or pain for them, they should be a little more grateful for customers helping provide their paychecks!
