  DO NOT GO TO THIS CHIPOTLE! I constantly have issues with this specific location all the time. As other reviews have mentioned, items missing from orders or always running out of things. And they can’t offer a refund, even if they don’t have the items in stock. This time I was waiting in the chipotle lane for 50 minutes before getting my order!!! I could’ve went to a dine-in restaurant and would’ve gotten my food faster. If you can, go to another location or a completely different restaurant.

  Amid all of the criticism of smaller chipotle portions, I ignored the warnings and went in to get food anyways. First item was a burrito. The portions were definitely smaller, the guy working the line put about 6 little cubes of chicken in the burrito and once my wife realized thats all he was putting on we order extra chicken. It wasn’t till then he added a full scoop, followed by small portions of toppings. My next item was a steak bowl. Which also was topped by humorously small portions. Barely any rice, he did add more steak than he did chicken on the burrito which was nice. But everything else was ridiculous even the amount of lettuce, which I asked for more (never thought I’d have to do that.). This experience pushed me not to get guac or queso because why would I pay extra for the same small quantities and waste my money. I remember a time you could go into any chipotle and they struggled to wrap the burritos ( without asking for extras) and a busting bowl. Not sure if this is incompetence on behalf of the worker or if this is just corporate greed at play. Either way next time I will take my business to Qdoba. At least they seem to get it right.

  Come here about once every 2wks. Says they open at 10:45 but they always open late and/or don’t ever have food ready. Decided to come at 11 instead to see if it was better and the only meat that was ready was Chicken. The only reason I like this location over other ones is because food tastes better but the service is horrible. I also witnessed what I assume was a manager yelling at an employee for being late in front of a dozen customers at least.

  It is 5:50 PM. I decided to stop into my neighborhood chipotle to grab dinner before going home. They are out of steak. They’re out of fajita vegetables. They’re almost out of chicken. I am not exactly sure how they’re gonna make it through the rest of the evening. Never have I seen it this poorly run at this time of day. Just FYI, the counter help was awesome.

  Usually fine but ordered on the app and showed proof of this. They stated that they didn't have my order and that I had to come inside. I could not do this due to having a baby and it being too late to go inside. They should have taken my order through the drive thru since it was placed and I had proof of this.
