  The fried calamari was salty , but I could not eat it . the main dish sauce was heavy in seasoning and also salty. The manager was aware of the situation .

  My Wife and I were celebrating our 25th anniversary. Our server Laredo was very good. He was attentive at just the right time. He was personable and genuinely glad to be our server. When we go back to Carabas I will definitely request him.

  We went to Carrabba's for the first time in several months. It seemed like prices had gone up AGAIN and portion sizes seemed a little smaller than they had been in the past. For a chain restaurant, the food quality is pretty good, but for the price, can't go 5 stars.

  I am going to share both sides of this review. Months ago, my wife, my oldest, and I went here for dinner because we heard good things. When we arrived, there were plenty of tables and booths but told to wait. Finally we were seated. My wife told me there were no paper towels in the ladies restroom. Our food was overrated, my portion for what I paid was left to be desired. I was then told by our server that they had a group reservation coming in soon and pretty much rushed us out of the restaurant. Naturally I was unimpressed and spoke to the manager. Can’t recall her name but she was very understanding and was willing to send us gift cards for redemption from the experience we had. Fast forward to 12/19/25 at 4:00pm. I did a call-in so that we wouldn’t have to wait, we (my parents and my family, 6 total) arrived promptly at 4pm. I’d be surprised if there were 10 customers there. We placed our orders, server was much nicer that the one prior, 4:30, have yet to receive our entrees. 4:45pm, we finally receive our meals. Remember, this place was dead and we waited this long. The couple that came in after us got their food before we did. The server finally explained that they were working on a catering order. For our troubles, the gave my parents free desserts and they took 15% off our total bill. Can’t say I was impressed with the chicken parm. Listen, if you come here, just be ready for anything. We will never return. Maybe place a to-go order if I were you, or better yet, go to Olive Garden. I’m surprised this place is still in business. Dine at your own risk.

  Carrabba's has been a favorite for years... but not tonight. The marsala sauce had very little, if any, marsala flavor. I mentioned that to our server but said it was still pretty good. I wasn't sending it back or asking for anything to be changed. Apparently I shouldn't have made that comment because we were then totally ignored the rest of the meal. After waiting 30 minutes for dessert that never came, we asked for the ticket. Terrible service that appeared encouraged by the manager. Just an awful experience.
