I was not impressed. The food was cold and garden Salad was horrible. I should've gone to Olive Garden. They do much better. There food is always hot. The salad is really good. Plus the waitstaff is always check on me to make sure the food is good and do I need anything. Plus much cheaper!!!

Carrabba’s used to be one of our favorite places to go. Unfortunately, this Wichita location has gone downhill over the years. The menu has also been shrunk. The most recent time we went there were long delays to get drinks, take orders, and, especially, to get our food! Then, multiple meals came out wrong, and nearly all of them were over spiced, overcooked, or simply not good.
It definitely saddens us. We miss our Cozze en Bianco with Sangria.

We arrived at 5:00 and 6 groups were seated with many open seating. We were going to a concert and only had an hour .They had 10 servers. I'm not sure what is wrong with the Carrabba's in Wichita but we hadn't been there since last May which was another bad experience.

Hello Carrabba’s Italian Grill Team,
I’m writing to share a concern about the pickup experience for DoorDash drivers at your location.
There is a large sign at the front directing delivery drivers to “go to the back” to pick up orders. I understand you may be trying to manage traffic in the lobby, but the wording and placement of the sign comes across as unwelcoming—like delivery drivers aren’t welcome in the front. It also carries an uncomfortable “separate entrance / go around back” connotation that, historically, is associated with segregation. I’m not saying that is your intent, but it is how it can feel and how it may be perceived.
I followed the instructions and waited outside in the designated pickup area, but no one came out to greet me, ask which order I was there for, or provide any update on the status. After about 10 minutes with no acknowledgment, I had no way of knowing whether the order was almost ready or significantly delayed.
Because of that lack of communication, I ultimately had to unassign the delivery and move on to the next order—unfortunately creating a delay for your customer (who is also the delivery customer).
I’m not asking for special treatment—just a quick check-in or an estimated wait time so drivers know what to do and customers get their food on time. Delivery drivers are people trying to make a living, and we’re also potential customers. A small change in signage tone, plus a simple greeting and update, would go a long way.
Thank you for listening, and I hope you’ll consider improving the pickup communication process for delivery drivers.
