  (02/21/2026 at 12:30PM)First time and last time! The beef and cheddar was cold, had cheese sauce all over the bun and wrapper, just sloppy! The tenders were hard and cold, fries were little bits of pieces and were too old! I went back through the drive thru and asked the gentleman for a refund, he stated they could issue more fries because they just came up with the last order they had? An older female worker told him they could not do a refund. So we threw the food away and lost $20! Poor service, poor food preparation and just not somewhere we would ever come again!

  Clean, fast, tasty. One of the better Arby's for sure. Shift supervisor (Steven?) is definitely management. Good job!

  Ordered a large fry, 9 chicken bites and 2 roast beef sandwiches. This was a disappointment. The large fry was added to the chicken bites box and was not a large fry. I didn't want the sauce from the chicken on my French fries. When I asked about my fries because I didn't see them, the rude window attendant rolled her eyes and said it is in the box and slammed the window shut. For the money we are now being charged I want a separate container for each item and the amount im paying for. I also feel like for the money we should receive better customer service. BTW the 9 piece chicken were tiny pieces of chicken and not worth the money. They did have taste sauce but only 6 of them were covered in the sauce the other 3 were plain. Come on Arby's were did your quality food go?
