  How are you going to have only three current customers and get my order wrong? And it took them 20 minutes to prepare four sandwiches, fries and a drink. This was the second time this has happened at this location. I am thankful it's 24 hours, because I work overnight, but what's the point if your just going to waste my time and give me the completely wrong thing.

  Being one of the only places open 24hrs a day, you think they would have a little more consistency. Picked up a classic and a double classic meal on the way home from across town. Was given 2 "classic" meals with cold stale fries and monimal meat on either sandwich. Unfortunately I was already too far away to turn around when my passenger noticed.

  Just went the and ordered curly fries and ham sliders for everyone and asked for ranch and arbys sauce and got no ranch and not ham sliders and running late to a show and cant go back. Spent way to much money for bad service

  10:44pm and we pulled up to Arby’s some black dude got on the speaker told me hey get off of the scales because that will put them in the red. If I sit there waiting to order he told me that I would have to wait 10 to 15 minutes to order the people are just sitting in there waiting to order why these guys are in here bullshitting very very unhappy with Arby’s. I will never eat there again nor will I ever take anybody there if they asked to go there. I am multiple construction companies so Arby’s with one of our rotations that we went to eat at. When you employ 50+ people, I’m sure I don’t have any impact on them, but I do promise you we will never never go there to eat again. again, I’ll say Arby’s in Wichita at the last travel stop one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had just a bunch of lazy good for nothing people coming in here sucking up good air. Absolutely would never recommend it. Stay away from the Arby’s that lives on 21st St. they are horrible horrible service horrible people very rude!!!!
