I came in with a very specific order. I had to repeat my order several times. I ordered a burger with no cheese or pickles and with mayo and ketchup. I also ordered the nugget bowl.
When we got home we found the burger had cheese and pickles no ketchup and my bowl was missing the onions and only had 4 nuggets that were over cooked.
I went back at 10:15 to ask them to fix it. The lobby door was open so I walked in. The young girl in the kitchen told the guy no one was supposed to be in the lobby. I explained what was going on and they stared at me like they couldn’t understand. I had to explain 5 times what was wrong at which point she asked if I just wanted a refund. I told her no I wanted it remade. She asked me at least four times how I wanted the burger made. Then she told me I wasn’t supposed to be in the store and she hadn’t had a chance to lock the doors…15 minutes after she said they were supposed to close.
She didn’t remake my bowl and instead, after having to remind her that I didn’t have onions on my bowl she asked me if I wanted her to add them. She brought them to me in a fry box and asked if I just wanted them in the bag.
The entire experience was frustrating at best. The lack of accountability or care in paying attention to detail was completely disappointing. And when we finally got the correct order it was disgusting.
