  On Sunday, December 14th, I visited your East location in Douglas to purchase over $100 worth of gift cards for my staff. Upon receiving the gift cards, I noticed that they lacked the gift card sleeves. I inquired about this oversight, as I intended to present the gift cards as gifts. I was informed that the gift card sleeves were currently unavailable and suggested that I visit the Greenwich location . Despite the inconvenience of driving to Greenwich, I made the trip only to discover that the gift card sleeves were also out of stock. I requested a return for the gift cards, but I was informed that this was not possible. I then asked to speak with a manager, and a young lady approached me, claiming to be the supervisor on duty. I requested to speak with her supervisor, and she stated that she would contact him. I waited for approximately 10 minutes before she returned and informed me that she was unable to return the gift cards. She assured me that her supervisor would be contacting me. When I asked for her supervisor’s name and number, she requested that I provide my name and number instead. I inquired about her supervisor’s name and number, but she informed me that her supervisor had instructed her not to disclose them. I believe that her supervisor’s name is Chris. Regrettably, I did not receive any follow-up call from the company after that incident. This experience exemplifies poor customer service, and I will not be returning to your establishment. I strongly urge you to improve your customer service practices.

  I’ve visited this Seven Brew a few times, but each time has been disappointing. The coffee doesn’t taste right and isn’t made as I ordered it. I’ve had issues every time I’ve been to this specific location. Today, I ordered coffee and was given the wrong order three different times. The staff member was rude and didn’t apologize for the mistake. I won’t be going back to this Seven Brew. The service is terrible.

  My drinks have not been very good and have been served the wrong drink even though they repeat but to you what's been ordered by looking at the screen. They shorted me change and I didn't realize it till getting to work. Tried calling only got the number to the office in Arkansas and no one bothered returning calls so the next morning I went and walked up to the door to place an order and was told yes my staff remembered me coming through and this happening so the manager gave me drink cards. While I always order large and have used 3 of the drink cards with no problem suddenly today it was a problem. Then the barista had a huge attitude and said that I needed to be grateful for what I got. I said if I am the paying customer I should get what I ordered wether it was a drink card or not. The service is really slacking and drinks are not as good as they used to be.

  I usually go to the one on East Douglas, but lately I have been going to this location and for some reason I don’t know if they’re not using oat milk like I ask but the last few times I’ve been running to the bathroom all day long so the only thing I can think of is, they are not using oat milk like I ask Other than that. Everything else is great. Please, please please double check and make sure you are using oat milk when someone is asking for it
