  I have been going to this Dunkin for over a year almost every weekend. Have had issues here and there but overall fine. Today is the last day I will ever go to another Dunkin! I ordered an XL hot coffee thru the app and picked it up in the drive thru. When I was handed my coffee I was going to put it in my Cup holder and the lid came off and the coffee poured all over one entire half of my body and all over my new car! I was so upset, in pain and didn’t know what to do. The drive thru attendant was not helpful at all and neither was the manager who later came out and spoke with me. My husband came up and helped and spoke with the manager who again did nothing. She said she would have the owner call us and we still have not heard from anyone. I called the corporate office to tell them what happened and they said they are independently owned and would contact the owner as well. Most horrible experience I have had in my life ever at a food establishment.

  Folks, this is the second year that I have strived to get this Halloween bucket thing. Heaven’s sakes, why this this such a tall order (no pun intended). Last year, I call Dunkin’ at one store and they either have the bucket with no munchkins or I call another store and vice versa. This morning, I get wise and order around 7am and pickup at 4:30pm. Genius move in my mind…until I get there…they have no munchkins. I explained why Dunkin’ will be the reason for an ulcer and they said that they don’t begin orders until they come in. In other words, you make an order and if your order isn’t ready when you arrive, tuff. I was livid. They said that could have more out in 1.5hrs. C’mon Dunkin’. I apologized to the human being behind the counter that had to hear me rant about how this place was all things evil. If you’re reading this and have at least half a brain, GO TO KRISPY KREME!
