  Better driving the extra few minutes to the Chipotle on Rock Road. This location is always out of food. They never seem to be prepared for busiest parts of the day like lunch and dinner. The staff is also rude.

  Unfortunate experience this morning. I arrived shortly after the 10:45 a.m. opening time and needed to knock twice before being let in, despite multiple staff members being present. The food line was not ready until around 11:10 a.m., and there was no greeting or communication about the delay. While I understand staffing issues can happen, a delay of over 20 minutes without acknowledgment was disappointing. I will not be returning to this location.

  I ordered the Chicken Al Pastor. Taste was really good. Only disappointing aspect was the amount of chicken included, which seemed less than normal and less than pictured.

  Honestly, if there were an option to leave a lower graded review, I 100% would. I drove 45 minutes to this store after placing an order through the website. Waited 15 minutes beyond my promised time for said order. Drove 45 minutes back home only to open my entrees and find that my entire order was wrong. I then proceeded to try to call the store so that they could make it right, but the automated system makes it impossible to get through to a real person. It transferred me to customer service in India where they politely offered a refund. Unfortunately that still leaves me without dinner. So I call back and to said automated system lie to it to get through to the store. Speak to a manager who then proceeds to tell me that he won't replace my order because I've already been issued a refund even though I'm halfway back through the 45-minute drive to the store. This is the second time I've experienced absolutely terrible service at this specific Chipotle. I'm pretty sure this might be the worst Chipotle restaurant that exists, not just in the city of Wichita that exists in general. In fact, if you want food that's made your way or even just the way you order it, you might be better off at Burger King.
