  Prepare for a massive lack of urgency. Multiple employees wandering around and ignoring people in line. The portions are pathetic as well even when asking for double/extra. You literally have to micromanage your order. DONT ORDER ONLINE. If you order online prepare for the most pathetic and under portioned meal of your life. Food tastes great but that's about it. This location continues to degress and degress.

  I went in at 3:30-4 p.m. and my first clue to run should have been that the place was EMPTY. I got a double chicken bowl(barely) and had to ask twice to get some fajita veggies in which they acted like weren't available or as if they were gold how they added them. The chicken is stale. And barely warm. I got chips and guacamole too and the chips were very obviously made last week sometime with how stale and gross they were. It tracks with how much business seems to be generated here too. With how expensive it is and how pained they were too give me the food I paid for, I think I'm good on this Chipotle and I implore anyone else to go elsewhere too. Unless you like stale chips, chicken and bare minimum ingredients.

  The food is mediocre The service is shutting the wind so where you going The dining rooms are always dirty The people will look at you like you don't even you're not even there you never get greeted when you walk in the door so I would say solid twos all the way across the board be glad you didn't get once I've never walked into a Chipotle where I was greeted or the dining room was clean and your advertised barbacoa what holidays is chopped brisket y'all should say chopped brisket

  This is by far the worst chipotle in Wichita. Service is terrible, they never have food prepared, the workers don’t care. We waited in line for 20 minutes and then got to the front and they had no rice and wouldn’t have any for another 20 minutes because they forgot to make it. They refused to get any out of the to go order section. Horrible experience and customer service. Don’t go to this location.

  Trash. It was trash last time, the customer service rep I spoke to gave us a free entree coupon to correct it. Used it today, and the steak was horrible. Incredibly fatty and for some reason very spicy!?! My fiance worked 14 hours today, brought that bowl home and couldn’t even eat it it was so bad. I tried contacting customer service again to let them know there must be a legit quality issue at this location, and the chat AI made me want to throw my phone against the wall. He wasn’t even given a receipt so the app kept saying “conversation closed.” We will not be back - yall need to try more local places like Ibarras (also on maize) or taco fajita (on meridian) or palacana! They have AMAZING burritos and more, better priced, more ingredients, and not only BETTER quality, but CONSISTENT quality. And the employees are angels, the lady at taco fajita even remembers my kids name.
