  The people are friendly here and that’s the only good thing. When I’m in town I stay at a hotel near here and I’m always blown away at how dirty and substandard the food is compared to other chipotle locations. I can’t believe that chipotle puts up with it. But apparently profit over quality is their motto.The brown rice is always undercooked I’ve nearly chipped a tooth on it. I included a picture to show a chunk of chicken bone that got stuck in my gums. I thought the gristle was the worst part. Nope, it was the bone. Apparently, you have to pay extra for something sharp to get stuck in your mouth. Great job Rock Road WICHITA chipotle.

  Something went wrong with the mobile app and my order wasn't there when I arrived. The guy at the drive-thru took a photo of my order on my phone and made it for me in less than a minute despite it being busy.

  Poor service. The workers were making conversation between themselves for about 5 minutes before I finally had to say can I get some help? One finally comes over and not a hello or what can I get you, he just stood there. I work in food service and it is just basic treatment to greet a customer and ask what they would like

  The food was good when I went. The juice containers had stains/dirty marks inside which made the juice look contaminated or bad. The lady at the counter seemed very annoyed I mentioned it and wanted a water cup instead. The manager got me a refund for a water cup, and the rest of my meal was delightful. Decent portions at this location too.
