  We went in after 2:00 p.m. and the food was horrible the steak was hard and the food seem cold and not fresh like they promise.

  I eat at Chipotle probably three times a week. This is my go-to spot for a healthy, delicious, affordable meal. The staff are always friendly and quick getting me through the line. I love the freshness of the ingredients and knowing exactly what goes into my food. I usually get a salad bowl with beans, rice, chicken, and corn salsa. The chips are also delicious and made fresh in store daily. Big shout out to Toby who always makes the visit a little more special!

  Staff is so lazy and food items in my order was missing. Hence we're passing so we opened later and we found 3 items in my order was missing.

  Good service! Good food. They just need to help out a little more when checking out because I was so confused at what went through and not on charges. I'm glad the manager helped me out though! My client was happy with her food

  Listen, I get that I came at 10 before they close at 11. I’ll give you that. But I just got into town on a trip and it was walking distance from my hotel. And I’m not complaining for anything free, because truth be told I may never be able to walk in a Chipotle’s again. I’m also not someone with a refined taste pallet. I don’t have boujie taste buds. But I write this as a PSA and a plea. Please stop feeding that adobe chicken to humans. First of all if that’s not what it’s called, I’m sorry, when I asked the employee he shrugged and said “it’s chicken.” When I asked the difference between the two chickens he literally told me he didn’t know. I wish he had just said that chicken has evil in it. I have never eaten anything that so severely offended my taste buds. And that includes my own cooking, which is usually not great. I have no judgement for you because it’s bad. Sometimes a recipe is just a miss. But please take the L and pull that from the menu. That’s a crime against food. And no, it’s not the spiciness that sat my tongue ablaze. No it’s the taste. It’s offensive. It’s so offensive that if it were a joke at work you’d be in HR for telling it.
