  I stopped at 24/7 gas station to use the facilities then was going to get lunch at McDonald's. After washing and drying my hands, a McDonald's employee came out of a stall on her phone and walked straight out with out washing her hands. Then she stated on her phone call that she needed to get back to work. And went right in the restaurant. There were two McDonald's employees emptying trash, one i believe was the manager. So I politely informed them of what I had just witnessed. They said thank you and proceeded with their current task. Manager should have dropped everything and went to said employee before she spread her germs on anything else. I informed them i would be going elsewhere for lunch. Again, they said thank you.

  Not busy, but they over-relied on kiosks to order. Did not explain that I had to then go to counter and pay *before* my food order would be started.
