  Do not go to this location! The worst customer service I have ever experienced!!! The employees are extremely rude and have no training in customer relations. I'm assuming the manager had a lack of people applying and took the first one that came in! These people definitely hate their job! There are a lot of locals that do not visit this establishment because of how awful it is ran, slow service, and how rude the employees are. This is probably why they are rated so low on all platforms with over half of their customers not recommending this place! We will never come here again, and I suggest everyone else do the same! It’s sad when a manager has let their fast food establishment become this bad!!!

  Went there 2/19/26 and service was wonderful! Received our order quickly, food was hot and very good!! They do a good job!! Would recommend going to VC Sonic!!

  I have given this location several chances, and I love valley center, but this Sonic is just poorly run. My wait times have been crazy, 15-20 minutes or longer. Today I just said I’m writing a review because the rudeness was by far worse today than prior times. I ordered two simple items, one drink, one burger. 20+ minutes later they brought out a burger without cheese items I had requested for it to not have. I hate asking for a new item, but what was on it made it inedible for me, so I asked for a new one. The girl seemed confused, and acted like it was a surprise that I wanted what I actually ordered. The tone and body language was rude. I waited another 15 minutes for her to bring me out a burger that still wasn’t correct. At that point, I’m not asking for a new one again so I left.
