  I don't think I have every had worse service at a subway before the person at the window was very rude, come to think of it I have never had a good experience here at this location I don't understand how this place as 3.6 stars

  Went in to this store on April 28th and there were 3 women working the front counter and 2 of them were high and it definitely was not a secret. One was confirmed a assistance manager

  Went in to pick up a doordash order today. Was asked by 3 different employees who my customer was. Watched people come and go while I waited for 10+ minutes. The manager, I assume anyways, came out and was the last one who asked me. I was patient but she just bagged it up and didn't tell me it was ready. Pushed it forward on the counter a little bit but that doesn't give me a clear indication that I can grab it. I asked her if it was good to go and she gave me a snarky reply. Very unprofessional. We all have bad days but they weren't even that busy at that time. It was right before the lunch rush. I will never accept an order from this location again. Do better. Side note. I wasn't going to leave a review or let it get to me but after reading other experiences at this location recently I felt I should share my own experience.

  Every time I go there I have a horrible experience. If they're not messing up my sandwich, im having to deal with their horrible customer service stills. There are 2 specific employees that might not work with the public

  Assistant manager Jamie (woman) overcharged us on our meal. We have 2 older receipts from the last 3 months showing what our meal price should've been. When we asked her to correct that at the drive through window she wanted to get disrespectful and short with us and then got rude when we said we'd needed to speak to a manager. Went home to see if the other receipts we have showed the same price it didn't. So we called and asked for the manager, or corporate and instead of doing so she wanted to argue and then still not help, so that means she most likely pocketed the extra money. We had to record our phone call of her hanging up multiple times yelling at us/over us instead of taking accountability for her mess up, when she finally gave the number when asked for she said it to fast and kept hanging up. And yes we will be sending all of this to corporate because I've never had such bad service before. This is the 2nd time we've had issues with the same person so no it's not because of her having a bad day. It would be deeply appreciated if corporate could reach out to us due to her reaction and behavior towards the situation, especially since her position is supposed to de-escalate situations involving that branch (gage location). Thank you
