  My husband went in last week and got a 6 inch Philly. The person taking his order wasn’t friendly , the manager was ask to cook the Philly extra and didn’t , it was cold , my husband only took a couple bites and threw it away . He called and left messages for a call back from the Subway office . He’s never heard anything back, so I wanted to let you know that your customer service is horrible , you show people how a business is run by having a Manager that can handle customer complaints, apologize & fix the problem . Your Management needs to be retrained and your counter associates need to be polite, smile and make a paying supporter of Subway feel good they came to your establishment. I would really like to know why he never received a call back ?

  Next time I call this store with a question… simply answer minus being rude!! You never know who’s ordering! I ordered two subs and neither were toasted although toasted was requested. It’s fine. State will pay this subway a visit soon. And to answer my own question NO THEY CANNOT READ!! And yes I have the receipt!! If I wanted to come to subway I would have drove there instead of door dashing its duck dummy! You just cause this location to be inspected SOON!

  I stopped in for a quick fast and in a hurry snack. The protien pocket did not disappoint, for slightly under $5 it is a filler and by far a bang for your buck in the lovely economy we are in. 9/10 for being healthier than fast food places but minus one point for no drive thru and not honoring the mailed out coupons that come to my doorstep.

  And just like every other subway in town they don't participate in ANY DEALS. Absolutely ridiculous.
