  I ordered online, was given a 15 minute wait time. I went to the drive up Window after the full 15 minutes. Had to wait about 10 minutes at the window. One of my melts was wrong, so I had to drive back to get the correct order. Ruined our dinner time.

  I am going to stop coming to pizza hut, I love the pizza when it's cooked right but honestly I didn't realize that the employees don't wear gloves, that's not right.. They should be using gloves but this pizza hut 901 Topeka and the one on Burlingame is the worst, no good customer service, no one acknowledges you when you walk in, you're standing their for 15 minutes or longer before anyone ask you if you need help while all the employees are standing around talking or arguing with each other. It's really getting ridiculous! I guess good customer service doesn't exist anymore, absolutely 100% sad... The employees at these locations should be replaced.. They even treat door Dashers like dirty, threatening them, it's absolutely 💯 a disgrace...

  We have ordered pizza from here for pick up , and every time we get notified our pizza is ready, now, for pick up , we arrive a bit early to pick up... every time we have to wait behind several cars.. they order at the window, and park at the window for 20mins. . Why does the staff not ask them to park aside in a car space bay whilst waiting and allow for the next car to drive up baffles me ??? Thats what alot of other places do? Cars behind us was honking and yelling or shouting out asking the car by the window to drive and park in a space so they can pick up their already made pizza.. rude. Then another car driver gets out if his car walks to the window , we assume wanting his ready made pizza but to no avail. This is very fustrating, unprofessional and terrible service. The guy ended up knocking on the window and got his pizza straight away! He also spoke to the car what we assume maybe gestering them to park in a space and let others come forward. This is the responsibility of the the staff and management to provide an efficient service not having us the cust to do it. By the time we approached the window 15mins later on top of waiting min 20mins , our pizza was cold . The staff lack care and possess an attitude 'we dont care take it or leave it' I am certain this is not the representation and reputation pizza hut is wanting to provide. And hope they will eventually see this amd many many other poor and negative reviews and address this with the management at this location.
