- MMMattSep 16, 20221.0I decided to order Papa John's last night after not eating here for about 3 years, and the pizza is ever worse. About 2 1/2" of crust around the edge, heavy on the tomato paste, and light on the toppings. Our large pepperoni pizza only had 15 pieces on it, with very little cheese. The large hamburger pizza was about the same. Sorry, but we won't be coming back.
- SRSonja RichardsonMar 4, 20165.0Delivery is usually a little faster than they say, the deals are pretty good, and the pizza, in my opinion, is one of the better chain pizzas. I've never really had a problem with them, so I haven't had to deal much with customer service. The website is easy to use and we also enjoy the virtual punch card for a free pizza after you spend a certain amount.
