- TBTaylor Brown2 days ago1.0The new ownership only does their discounts on one side of the restaurant during their “appy hour” and they don’t even offer you those seats when you walk inside! Any other seating they will straight up refuse to honor it. What a joke.

They are totally different than what they used to be, but they still show the same picture of what they once were. The variety appetizer is half the size it used to be, and the chicken on the nachos was so hard/over cooked I could not eat it. I used to like their food but it is terrible now.

The steak was cooked to perfection, tender and juciy. It was a good sized portion and came with a small container of melted butter to finish the steak. The menu said it came with grilled onions. I asked Marisa if I could get some grilled green peppers too. She said "absolutely." This will be my go to for Mexican food from now on! My friend got the ground beef enchiladas. They looked good and she said they were delicious too. Oh and the classic margaritas were great to, made from scratch, not the typical "batch" margaritas you find at all the other Mexican restaurants in town. On the Border had been declining in food quality and service for some time. I highly recommend you try it out again with the new owners!
